1. After submitting your Miss Universe Moldova Casting Registration Form (hyperlinked to the form link) and being accepted for the regional or national selection, you will be contacted by the Miss Universe Moldova Casting Manager via phone call, email and/or WhatsApp with further instructions on the next steps.
2. During the casting, plus the national and international pageant, you will participate in the categories of evening gown, interview, swimwear, photo and video shootings, and possibly other tie-breaker challenges.
3. If you win the Miss Universe Moldova national crown, not only will you have a year full of philanthropic and professional opportunities, but you will also be one of the 130 country representative who will participate in MISS UNIVERSE.
The Miss Universe Moldova crown holder must be not only a beautiful woman, but her beauty must be complemented by intelligence, refinement, elegance, creativity, communication skills and very well- defined moral values. She must be a confident woman involved in charitable and social projects, selfless, empathetic and dedicated, a patriot with a strong commitment to the community, with a spirit of volunteerism and generosity.
The winner of Miss Universe Moldova must be inspirational, having a positive impact on those around her and being a model of active involvement in changing and improving society, understanding the values of our brand and the responsibilities of the title. She must have the ability to articulate her ambition, demonstrating authenticity, credibility and exhibit grace under pressure. Each competition includes preliminary interviews, along with swimsuit or athletic wear and evening gown presentation shows. These preliminary events are crucial, as they offer judges and fans their first opportunity to truly get to know the delegates.
Each delegate will walk the runway during the swimsuit, evening gown, or other outfit segments. Judges and fans will observe the delegates' personal style as they take the stage. While the exact design of their outfit is not scored, the judges focus on how confidently each woman presents herself. After announcing a TOP 10, 15 or 20 and the special awards, the event concludes with the host announcing the TOP 5 and the winner. In the event that the winner is unable to fulfill her duties, the first- runner will take her place and represent the country in MISS UNIVERSE.

-Any women can apply for the Miss Universe Moldova casting if: • She is recognized medically and legally as a female in Moldova • She is a mother, pregnant, married, divorced or single woman • She is at least 18 years of age or older on the Miss Universe Moldova 2024 Final Show date. Yes, starting with 2024, Miss Universe dropped the upper age limit, every adult woman in the world is eligible now to compete to be Miss Universe. • She competed previously or not in another Miss Universe national competition, but she never participated in Miss Universe. • She is a citizen of Moldova • She meets the eligibility criteria, regardless of her height or weight. All women wishing to participate in MISS UNIVERSE MOLDOVA must fill out the Miss Universe Moldova Casting Registration Form. There is no other way to register (by email, post, etc.).
-A delegate should understand the values of The Miss Universe Moldova Organization and the responsibilities of the title. She should be able to express what her personal and professional goals would be during her reign. Consider the below when competing at the regional and/or national level: • Describe what your aspirations are and why you are competing for a title. • What have you done in your community to show leadership? • How would you use your title to impact society? • What social group would be your focus and why? • How would you help solve issues in the world, not just in your home country? • How can you make this world a better place if you were crowned? • What does ambition mean to you? How do you encourage ambition in others?
-It’s important to remember being Miss Universe is a full-time job, a multi-faceted job which provides many life-shaping opportunities. Typically, Miss Universe will travel the world and make appearances; she will lend her voice to help those in need; represent our sponsors and be an overall spokesperson for the Miss Universe Organization. In selecting a Miss Universe Moldova, we ask our selection committee, typically comprised of accomplished business leaders, philanthropists and public figures, to look for a young woman who is comfortable in her own skin; someone who is authentic, empathetic and determined to make her mark in the world. In preparing for the competition (and life!) we advise all participants to reflect upon who they are and what are their passions. Be engaged with your community and always seek to push your personal envelope and live outside your comfort zone.
-After a winner is crowned, she will go through a preparation period for representing her country in Miss Universe. After winning the Miss Universe Moldova title, the winner embarks on a dynamic journey filled with exciting opportunities and responsibilities. She participates in numerous interviews, photo, and videoshoots, representing her title and inspiring others. Her role often includes working on various projects, such as brand endorsements, and participating in charity events alongside Children’s Charity Foundation to support children with cancer. The Miss Universe winner also travels, visiting different cities and countries, attending high-profile events, and engaging with diverse communities around the world. Through it all, she serves as a national ambassador, using her platform to make a positive impact.
